Challenge

To sell Maybelline’s Superstay Matte Ink as the “longest-lasting lipstick.”

Approach

Flipping the idea on its head, by instead approaching the brief as who would wear it the longest, even if they didn’t have a choice.

Outcome

A fashion photoshoot based on the concept of zombies who have been dead for quite a while. They’ve been through the apocalypse and yet their lipstick is still perfect without a single smudge.
