Challenge

Building multiple feature pages and sections for one of Australia’s best-known health funds, all with different needs and user requirements. HIF launched a blog, known as their Health Hub, a refreshed Travel Insurance page and a new Hospital and Extras Cover page.

Approach

The HIF Health Hub was to be a conversational blog with featured writers, social sharing, search functionality and appeals to their over 55 markets. We wanted to create an engaging site that felt less corporate and more engaging for what matters to users.

When HIF took on Allianz as their new underwriter, they needed to update their Travel Insurance page to reflect the strict guidelines and format set while still retaining HIF’s brand personality.

Hospital and Extras Cover page involved a lot of testing to discover the easiest way for us to simplify the process for users. This aids users to obtain an accurate quote based on their current situation and needs. This came down to using a sentence structure with editable fields to gather the user’s information.

Outcome

Three distinct new sections of the site, catering to the tens of thousands of website visitors HIF get monthly while fitting the brand.
